THE IDAHO COMMUNITY ACTION NETWORK HOSTS THE IMMIGRANT WORKERS FREEDOM RIDE!

In September 2003, ICAN organized the two Freedom Ride stops in Idaho and a press event, drawing more than 500 people in Farmway Village, a farmworker housing development near Boise, Idaho. Prior to the Freedom Ride stops, NWFCO helped ICAN organize a photo exhibit drawing attention to the contributions of immigrants in Idaho.
